# Order Status workflow

> Inputs, configuration checks, connections, and review for Order Status.

**Purpose:** use the correct order evidence to prepare a status response.

**Inputs to check:** the order reference, authorized customer identity, the current record, and the timestamp and meaning of each status or date.

**Configure and inspect:** open the available Order Status workflow in Agents. Confirm the supported data path and review behavior. A listed integration does not prove the workflow has a live connection to an order-management system.

**Connections:** the request identifies the order; the order source provides evidence; the response channel has its own access and action constraints.

**Example:** distinguish an estimated ship date from a confirmed shipment. If the order reference matches several records or the evidence is stale, clarify instead of presenting an unsupported status.

**Review:** check that the response refers to the right order and that any delivery claim is supported. Follow the supported approval path before a gated customer-facing action.
