# What you can connect

> Connect plastics.com to the tools your team already uses, and put your catalog on your own website.

plastics.com offers these integrations. Each one is documented with the same structure, so you can go straight to the part you need.

> **[Outlook Add-in](https://docs.plastics.com/integrations/outlook/overview.md)**
>
> Herman in a task pane next to the email you are reading. Works up the request, matches it to your catalog, attaches datasheets, and drafts the reply.

> **[Website Embed](https://docs.plastics.com/integrations/website-embed/overview.md)**
>
> Your branded AI material assistant on any web page, added with a single snippet. Visitors can search, compare, and request a quote without an account.

> **[Microsoft 365 Mail](https://docs.plastics.com/integrations/outlook/security-and-data.md)**
>
> An optional mailbox connection that lets the Outlook Add-in read the rest of a conversation thread rather than only the message you have open.

> **[Website Search](https://docs.plastics.com/integrations/website-search/overview.md)**
>
> Connect your existing search bar through your backend to approved public products. Includes a server adapter and JavaScript results UI, without an iframe.

> **[MCP for Sellers](https://docs.plastics.com/integrations/mcp/overview.md)**
>
> Connect an AI application to a provisioned seller account. Check which tools are live, disabled, or still a preview before connecting.

## How each integration is documented

Every integration uses the same page structure, so you always know where to look.

| Page | What is on it |
| - | - |
| **Overview** | What the integration does, and which capabilities are available on your account |
| **Setup** | Requirements, and the steps to get it running, split by who performs them |
| **Configuration** | The settings you control, where the integration has any |
| **Security and data** | What data moves, where it is processed, and what your IT reviewer will ask for |
| **Troubleshooting** | Specific failures and what to do about them |

A page is omitted when an integration genuinely has nothing for it. The Outlook Add-in has no end-user configuration, and the Website Embed has no troubleshooting page yet.

## Requesting an integration

Other connectors are not available yet. If you need plastics.com to connect to a system that is not listed above, contact support from the Integrations page in the platform and describe the system and the workflow you want.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Website Search uses a scoped server credential for its restricted search API. It does not expose general platform APIs. For other API access or outbound webhooks, contact your account team.
