What this means

The Agents fleet groups work into Intake, Quoting, and Order Status. An available family does not mean every workflow is enabled or fully autonomous in your account.

What to configure and check

Open Agents (or Agents → Workflows where the tabbed interface is available) and inspect the workflow available to your organization. Viewing needs agents:view; management needs agents:manage. Check its inputs, configuration, connection prerequisites, and supported review steps before running a permitted test.

How it connects

Follow sources → integrations → context → actions → approvals. Afterward, inspect the actual result. A pending, failed, or drafted operation is not a completed external action.

Example

An incoming request can be captured as an Intake task and provide information for a quoting task. Verify whether your configuration supports the handoff, which record it created, and what remains for a human. Do not assume that finishing Intake sends a quote. Product Discovery controls are not a fourth workflow family in this Agents fleet.
