Purpose: use the correct order evidence to prepare a status response. Inputs to check: the order reference, authorized customer identity, the current record, and the timestamp and meaning of each status or date. Configure and inspect: open the available Order Status workflow in Agents. Confirm the supported data path and review behavior. A listed integration does not prove the workflow has a live connection to an order-management system. Connections: the request identifies the order; the order source provides evidence; the response channel has its own access and action constraints. Example: distinguish an estimated ship date from a confirmed shipment. If the order reference matches several records or the evidence is stale, clarify instead of presenting an unsupported status. Review: check that the response refers to the right order and that any delivery claim is supported. Follow the supported approval path before a gated customer-facing action.
